Welcome to DIY Wealth Education
I’m Eric Tippelt, and I created this platform to help everyday people build financial independence through real estate investing and paper assets. These are two of the three proven paths to wealth—the third being entrepreneurship.

Financial literacy is foundational. It influences every major decision in life, yet most people never learn how money really works. I’ve seen too many hardworking individuals struggle simply because they weren’t shown the way. That’s why I teach DIY Wealth: to empower others with practical, tested strategies.

Unlike most financial advice that focuses only on living within your means, this site is about expanding your means—so you can live the life you truly want.

My insights come from over 30 years in sales, 13 years as a college professor, 21 years as a micro investor, and over four decades in real estate.  I am a licensed real estate Agent, and I actively run multiple businesses. I held licenses in mutual funds, and life insurance.

What motivates me? Seeing people succeed. Whether it’s a student buying their second duplex or a family finally getting ahead, helping others transform their financial future is what drives me.

I’ve gathered strategies from across many disciplines—finance, business, psychology, even spirituality—and tested what works. This site brings it all together.
